Privacy at Agency Life

1. Who is responsible

2. In the game: what stays on your device

Agency Life stores saves, settings, achievements and the hall of fame only on your device. There is no account and no server of ours that knows your save. If you delete the app, this data is gone.

The daily task reminder is a notification your device schedules itself. It does not go through us and can be switched off in the game settings or on your device.

3. Purchases

You buy the Boss Pass and time machines through Apple. Apple handles the payment. We receive neither payment details nor your name, only the confirmation that a purchase is valid. Apple's privacy policy applies.

4. Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the game reports your wealth and your number of generations to Apple's leaderboards at the end of a life. Other players see you there under your Game Center name. Game Center is run by Apple and Apple's privacy policy applies. Without a Game Center sign-in nothing is reported.

5. Reward videos with Google AdMob

You only see ads in Agency Life when you start a video yourself to earn a reward. There are no banners and no ads in between. The videos come from Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

On first launch the game asks you through Google's consent dialog what your data may be used for. Apple then asks whether apps may track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You can decline both. Google then shows only non-personalised ads or none at all.

When a video is loaded or watched, Google processes in particular: your device's advertising ID (only with your permission through App Tracking Transparency), your IP address, device, operating system and app details, an approximate location derived from the IP address and how you interact with the ad. Google may transfer data to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can change or withdraw it at any time in the game under Settings, Ads and privacy, and tracking also in your device settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking. 6. The waitlist on this website

When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and your device (iPhone or Android) to email you once when Agency Life comes out for your device. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You first receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after you click it are you on the list (double opt-in), so nobody can sign up someone else's address. As proof, our email provider stores the time of sign-up and confirmation and the IP address used.

The list is kept by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany), which sends the emails on our behalf. Brevo also records whether and when an email was opened and a link in it was clicked. We do not store your address on our own server.

After the launch email we delete your address, for iPhone sign-ups at the latest three months after launch on 2 October 2026. Android sign-ups are kept until Agency Life comes out for Android. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to [email protected].

7. This website

life.agencyg.de uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts and icons are hosted on our own server, nothing is loaded from third parties.

When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested page in log files to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted after 14 days at the latest. The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Details are in the agencyg.de privacy policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Just write to [email protected].
