Restore purchases
In the game, open the Boss Pass via the crown and tap Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple Account and work on all your devices.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Moving your save to a new device
Saves live only on your device. An iCloud backup or a computer backup moves them to your new iPhone or iPad.
Ads and privacy
Ads only appear when you start a video yourself. You can change your ad choice in the game under Settings, Ads and privacy. Everything else is in the privacy policy.
Reporting a bug
Tell us which device you play on, what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
