Crime in Agency Life: every crime, its loot and its risks
Updated October 17, 2026
Agency City has a criminal underworld, and you can climb it from petty theft to the biggest coup in town. This guide lists every crime with its loot and requirements, and explains what happens when things go wrong.

How crimes work

Each crime is tied to a skill, has a base chance of success and a range of possible loot. Bigger crimes need respect on the street before anyone takes you seriously, some need gear or a crew, and many are played as a minigame. Each crime can only be done a limited number of times per year, small ones up to three times, big ones once.
Loot from crimes is dirty money. You can spend it in cash, but to put it in the bank you have to launder it.
Small crimes
Small crimes are where everyone starts. They pay little but build respect.

Big heists
Heists need a crew and often special gear like a laptop, night vision goggles, a bulletproof vest or a jammer. They come with minigames and can make you rich in one night. The heist guide goes through each of them.

Wanted level and the police
Most crimes raise your wanted level, shown as stars. The more stars, the more likely the police are to catch you. If they come for you, you can try to escape by car, and a fast, tuned car helps. Stars fade over time, and you can also go into hiding or leave town on holiday to make the police lose your trail.
Getting caught
If you are caught, you go to court and may be sentenced to years in prison. Each crime has its own range of possible sentences, from almost nothing for pickpocketing to 18 years for a failed casino coup. Prison is not the end, though: the prison guide explains appeals, work and escapes.
Criminal careers
Besides single crimes, there are illegal jobs with a yearly salary in cash: courier for the harbour crew, dealer, logistics for Uncle Vito and finally the godfather's right hand at €140,000 a year. They need respect and raise your wanted level every year.
Tips for a life of crime
Build respect with small, safe crimes before you try anything big. Train the skill of the crime you want, buy the gear in advance and keep your wanted level low before a heist. Hide cash in a property you own, because the police will not find it there if you are arrested. And never forget that a criminal record bars you from becoming mayor.
