Pets in Agency Life: dogs, cats, parrots and guard dogs
Updated October 17, 2026
Pets make life in Agency City happier. They cost food every year, want attention and grow old, and in return they lift your mood. A guard dog even protects your hidden cash. Here are all of them.

All pets
You can keep up to three pets at once, from the shelter or a breeder.
| Pet | Price | Food per year | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rabbit | €60 | €300 | about 9 years |
| Cat | €150 | €600 | about 15 years |
| Dog | €250 | €900 | about 13 years |
| Parrot | €1,200 | €400 | about 45 years, it may outlive you |
| Guard dog | €1,800 | €1,400 | about 11 years |
Caring for your pet

Play, go for walks or cuddle once a year with each pet. A pet that is doing well lifts your mood every year, and its affection for you grows. A visit to the vet costs €180, and once a year it is free if you watch a short video. If it does not work out, you can bring a pet back to the shelter.
The guard dog
The guard dog, a Rottweiler from a breeder, is the only pet with a job: it barks before the police find your hidden cash. For anyone who keeps a stash in a property, it is worth every euro.
Tips
A dog gives the most mood, a parrot is the best long-term companion, and a pet photo is one of the most popular posts on Glow. Criminals should get a guard dog.
