How to get rich in Agency Life: 10 tips
Updated October 17, 2026
Money opens almost every door in Agency City: a better flat, your own business, a villa in the Nordend. These ten tips help you build a fortune, whether you play it straight or not.

1. Start earning early

As a teenager you can already deliver newspapers from 13, babysit from 14 or help out at the kiosk from 15. The money is small, but it is your first savings, and every euro you keep is a euro you can invest later.
2. Education pays off
The best legal jobs need a degree. Computer science leads to software developer, business studies to manager at Agency Holdings, law to lawyer, and the police academy to detective. A lawyer earns around €86,000 a year, several times what you make without a degree. All degrees are explained in the school and university guide.
3. Work your shifts well
Jobs have their own shifts with short tasks. Doing them well gets you promoted, and with each promotion the cases get harder and the pay goes up. Do not just collect a salary, play your job.
4. Do not leave money in your account
Agency City has inflation. Your bank account only pays 1.5 percent interest, so cash slowly loses value while stocks and real estate grow with prices. Keep enough for daily life and invest the rest.
5. Use the stock market patiently
You can buy shares of seven companies from the city, from the solid Agency Central Bank, which pays a dividend, to the risky Uni BioLab start-up. Spread your money and think in years, not minutes. A savings plan buys automatically every year. Details in the stock market guide.
6. Insider tips are tempting, but risky
With good contacts you sometimes hear a tip about a company. Buying on it can pay off a lot, but it is insider trading: if the financial authority notices, your shares are seized. Decide how much risk you can afford.
7. Real estate: buy, rent out, build

Flats and houses earn rent and follow the housing market of their district. Bargains from rushed sellers and auctions show up every year, and on a building plot you can build yourself. A mortgage helps you start earlier, but keep an eye on the rate. See the real estate guide.
8. Run your own business
Shops bring passive income, from a kiosk for €45,000 to the Casino Royal Agency for €2.6 million. Demand changes from year to year, advertising pushes it up, and expansions raise profits, although each one pays off a little less than the one before. The business guide has all the numbers.
9. Crime pays, until it does not
Big heists can bring in hundreds of thousands, the casino coup up to €1.6 million. But dirty money has to be laundered, your wanted level rises and prison costs you years. If you go this way, read the heist guide first and do not get greedy.
10. Think about the next generation
When your character dies, you can continue as one of your children, and your family's wealth carries on. With a will you decide who inherits what. A fortune built over several generations is the real endgame, see family and inheritance.
